Refund policy
- Please note that customized candles are non-refundable due to having personal names and/or personal photos requested by the customer.
- If you make a purchase and would like to return the product you can do so within 7 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not cover shipping for returning the item.
- At MnR Customs Candles all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the delicate nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
- Please make sure that your shipping information is correct when you checkout. If you noticed you put the wrong information contact us within the first 24 hours and we'll be able to update your info. After 24 hour the product most likely will have been shipped and we won't be responsible for your package been lost.
- If you believe that your package may be lost or stolen, please email us directly and we will investigate. We will do our best to try and find your package.
- In the event your candle has been damaged during shipping you must contact us with proof of damage within 24 hours of arrival and we will arrange a full refund and/or a replacement. Item must be unused. you can contact us at mnrcustomscandles@gmail.com.
